In 2024, Kermann IT Solutions Nyrt. was honored with the „Issuer of the Year on the BÉT Xtend Market” award. This recognition was not only due to the company’s strong financial performance but also to its successful new share issuance on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BÉT) Xtend market in the spring of 2024. Through this issuance, the company raised nearly HUF 500 million exclusively from private investors.
The award was granted by the professional jury of the BÉT Stock Exchange Advisory Board, which selected the winner based on market performance and financial results of the issuers.
„This award is not only a tribute to the Kermann team but also a recognition of the successful strategy behind our stock market entry in recent years. Our active presence on the BÉT Xtend market and direct engagement with our investors have played a key role in reaching this milestone”, said Zoltán Kovács, Chairman of the Board of Kermann IT Solutions Nyrt. The award was received on February 13 at the BÉT Legek Gála by Balázs Szekeres, a member of the company’s Board of Directors.
The award serves as an important validation for the company. In 2025, Kermann IT Solutions plans to place greater emphasis on the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and expand its presence in this sector. The company aims to offer solutions that support the digital development and competitiveness of SMEs.
